30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll accept a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

  1. Email support@gtmobile.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label by email within one business day.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS / UPS location.
  4. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

What's eligible

Almost everything. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Earphones, screen protectors, and other items where hygiene matters are returnable only if the inner seal is unbroken.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship the original back.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Most banks reflect refunds in 1-3 days after that.
